RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.Cancellation

To avoid any possible delays, we will process your order right after we receive your payment. Thus, we are unable to make any critical changes relating to the delivery of an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, and/or combining any shipments.

 

2.What’s your return policy?

Thank you for your interest in Chuui. Please note that all sales are final. As an agency-based retailer, we operate under a strict no-return, no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

However, we do offer exchanges  under the two following specific circumstances:

1. Incorrect or Damaged Item: Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by a clear unboxing video. We will promptly arrange a replacement and bear all associated shipping costs.

2. Size Exchange: We will facilitate a one-time exchange for the correct size ,and  for selected brands that do not offer size exchanges, we may arrange a professional alteration to achieve a better fit.To initiate the process, please include a note with your return package clearly stating your request .Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees in this case.
